Founder, Visionary, Community Advocate

Dr. Patricia Lott is a retired psychologist, college adjunct professor, and international best-selling author with a true passion for empowering children and disenfranchised individuals. As the founder of several organizations specializing in empowerment and education, she is a true visionary and community advocate. Dr. Lott believes in the inherent worth and value of every individual, regardless of societal perceptions. She strives to ensure that everyone she encounters feels seen, heard, and valued, taking the time to elevate the individual’s importance above all else. Whether working in her church, caring for seniors, toddlers, or any age in between, her dedication to uplifting others is unwavering. Dr. Lott’s passion is evident in every platform she takes, whether it be through her empowering initiatives for women, weekend intensives, or the ministries she has founded. With a background in psychology and ordained preaching, she is a relentless activist, shining a light on inequity and advocating for the disenfranchised in all aspects of life.

Wayne Lott

Founder President / Local Pastor

A retired United States Air Force Veteran with a background in the communication electronics career field specializing in computer and networking systems and is currently an AFJROTC instructor at a high school in a neighboring county where he is more than a facilitator of leadership, citizenship personal discipline, life skills, and flight principles but he is an example of manhood and mentor to many teens male and female alike. He is the Pastor of Cornerstone Community Outreach Church leading a ministry that believes in “Linking up to Lift Up” working collaboratively with the community and schools in the area to holistically empower and encourage the total person. His work is not simply behind the pulpit but in challenging the leaders and members to go out into the world as is the great commission of all.

Alexandria Lott

Insurance Specialist, Community Advocate

With 16 years of experience in the insurance field, Alexandria Lott utilizes her expertise to empower individuals in our community to make informed decisions regarding their insurance needs. She specializes in assisting senior citizens with navigating their Medicare options, providing guidance on Parts A, B, and C. In addition to her professional endeavors, Alexandria is deeply committed to fostering reconciliation and restoration among couples facing adversity. As the leader of the Tribe of Judah, a group dedicated to elementary and middle school-aged children, she facilitates creative and expressive workshops using painting, theatre, and song to impart coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and conflict resolution techniques. Her dedication extends beyond local boundaries, as she is frequently invited to women’s groups across the state of WA to share her innovative curriculum. Alexandria also plays an active role in her church, serving as a dedicated member of the song ministry and fulfilling the responsibilities of secretary.

Wayne S. Lott

Educator, Community Leader

With 8 years of dedicated service teaching in the Clover Park School District in Pierce County, Wayne S. Lott brings a wealth of experience and passion to his role. As the overseer of the SOUL Academy (Serving Our Upcoming Leaders), Wayne is committed to nurturing the next generation of leaders. His dedication to education was recognized in 2023 when he was awarded Teacher of the Year for the Clover Park School District. Beyond the classroom, Wayne is actively engaged in district initiatives focused on equity, mathematics, and various committees aimed at enhancing student success. In his church, Wayne serves as a facilitator of the homework club and as a teen Sunday School teacher. Additionally, he holds the role of Sunday School Superintendent at the Washington State Ecclesiastic Jurisdiction COGIC. Wayne’s passion for youth empowerment is palpable, and he is known for his ability to inspire and encourage students to reach their full potential. His commitment extends beyond students to equipping parents and community members, recognizing the importance of collective support in providing the best possible advantage for our children’s future.

Michael Lott

Criminal Justice, Mental health advocacy, and Human Relations

He spends his days championing and advocating for the rights of vulnerable populations in Pierce County. He is the leader of In The Zone (ITZ) which is a transition / bridge-building program for youths ages 18-21 as they leave the world of childhood and traverse the world of adulthood and solid citizenship. He is very active in his work in the church in all areas of the total church program and shines in areas of outreach such as feeding programs and community awareness and services providing resources and education and the media departments in which he tutors and mentors the teens and young adults in running the media department of the church. He is also the creator of the Victory Podcast.
